This is a lovely photo. Simple and beautiful. Those are the best kinds.

The sunlight in this photograph is amazing and really compliments the web. The natural colours makes this really easy to look at. The shine (dew?) from the web makes this piece a bit more magical and I think you did a really good job with that! The angle you chose is really unique, as is the composition. Maybe try not to have the web so centered, though.

Personally, I think the photo is a bit blurry and could be sharpened. Also the pale "light/circle" on the right side is a bit distracting and takes your view away from the web.

There's a whole lot to see in this photo if you really look. You have captured this web magnificently, keep up the great work! =D

P.S.
This is my first critique :giggle:

I am absolutely loving the natural lighting too!

There is just this magnificent simplicity (if that makes sense) to this piece that I adore so much! The fineness of the web you were able to capture is amazing. Especially because a subject like this is difficult to capture properly. The hues in the photo are light and complement the reflective properties of the web.

The blurred background is not to distracting, but it would have been nice if it was a bit more clear. Also the left portion of the picture distracts the eyes from the center of the webbing. If it were more focused it would have made this photo complete. Nevertheless is it still a wonderful photo.

Keep up the good work and keep being devious!

Lovely picture :D One thing though, I feel like the picture would look better if more of the spiderweb on the left side was focused. Other than that great picture! I love the colors and the way the spiderweb looks golden :D

Thankyou for the feed back. Next time I'll remember to try a larger focus when taking a similar picture.

This is a lovely picture! The spiderweb stands out very well against the blurred background, and the piece is balanced just right.

Something I'd like to suggest is to have the left portion of the web focused just a touch more. The blurriness makes it blend into the background a bit.
Also, I'm not sure about what was in the background, but I'd suggest making it less blurry. I do like how you don't have it in focus, but I think that making the shapes just a bit more defined would really make the web stand out a bit more.
But overall, I really like this shot! :D
The angle is very unique; you don't usually see a spiderweb captured from the side. It's a refreshing change. Hope I helped!
